The staff is accommodating and provides very good service. The standard double room is perfect and includes a hair dryer and storage. Safe parking is available, and the internet is excellent.

A communal kitchen was ok for us. There were nice tourist destinations like old town not far from this hotel...

We are very happy about our stay at Novum House, and we truly recommend a stay - in fact, we would gladly come back ourselves. The rooms are beautifully designed, much effort has been spent on creating a design interior. All guests can make use of a well-equiped kitchen, which even includes beverages and food. A healthy breakfast is served in your room for a small additional price.

The hotel cannot be easily spotted from the street (merely the house number and a very small sign signals its presence), and it took us some time to find out that the rooms are located at the second floor of an otherwise private appartment building - four flights of stairs which is somewhat inconvenient when travelling with heavy luggage (no elevator). This is not really a problem, but it might be confusing when you are not informed about this. I suggest that some signs are installed to guide the guests as they enter the building.

Great location, just a short walk from a Brick Gothic church. Close to the main square in Krakow and grocery stores. - Deluxe queen room includes a storage space and a TV.

Everything was proper and in place. It is incredibly clean. The staff (johanna and rafel) is always smiling, very helpful. The internet is fast and easily accessible. The rooms are very very clean, very well decorated. It is very cozy and joanna and rafel are very well in making you to feel so! Just 5 minutes from the main square and just next to the promenade. So bring your jogging shoes too. Definetely recommended!!!

Just one thing! There is no lift! So dont come with very heavy luggages

The Apartments were excellent, well kept and modern inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, 5 minutes walk from the Market Square. Breakfeast was excellent, typical continental breakfeast.

No lifts, not a problem for me but for older people this could be an issue as the steps are quite steep and the hallways were often unlit and it was quite dark. I had to use my phone for light in the hallway a number of times.

The location was great, and we could reach Palace of Art by walking. This hotel was in a pretty nice area not far from the very centre, restaurants and shops around the corner too. - Liked the way our good-sized standard double room with a beautiful view was. - A safe, central heating, and an iron were important for us.

Everything new and fresh; very good, kompetent and friendly service (breakfast in the room, upgrade possibility, etc.). I can highly recommend this apartment hotel :)

Location to city centre is fantastic

From the outside it doesn't look good and the two long flights of steps up to the appartment won't suit everyone.

The breakfast had a variety of appetising food and drinks. Had a perfect standard double room, which allowed us to enjoy an amazing view of the park and university.

The place was fairly clean. I booked the deluxe queen room with garden views. The location was best possible for exploring this nice area, so close to grocery stores and the train station. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The service in general was very good.

The location here is great, right in front of everything we wanted to do, the staff was super friendly, and the room was perfect for our needs.

I enjoyed the situation in the city, next to the famous Rynek market place. The staff was helpfull and very professional. The design and commodities were really confortable. Everything was perfect and I will come back there for sure!! I highly recommend this hotel.
